1. The service
BundleLova sells data bundles for MTN, Telecel, and AirtelTigo on behalf of those networks. We are a reseller, not the network operator.
2. Delivery and refunds
If a bundle isn't delivered, you're refunded automatically to the same MoMo number used to pay. Bundles delivered to a wrong number you provided are non-refundable.
3. Excluded SIMs
Data sent to broadband, Turbonet, EVD, merchant, blacklisted, or roaming SIMs is non-refundable.
4. Disputes
Reach us on WhatsApp first with your order ID. Most issues are resolved within an hour.
